Please arrive on time for your appointment! If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please let me know. If you are more than 10 minutes late, with no notice, your appointment will be cancelled.​

Payment is required at the time of the service. I accept cash and etransfer. If you are paying with e-transfer, please make sure it is sent before leaving.

Please no children. I want to be able to provide the best possible service for you, and it can be quite challenging with kids running around.

Verbal abuse will not be tolerated.​

24 hours required for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go before your appointment, it is considered a no show, and you will be charged for the missed service. A $20 deposit towards your next appointment is also required. If you change your appointment last minute, you will be charged for the original service you booked in for.

 

I do have a referral policy in place. You receive $5 dollars off your next nail service, or $10 off your next sugaring or lash appointment.
